"Deport Rupuiah back to zimbabwe"- Zambians



The zambians have urged the newly elected President, Mr Michael Sata to deport the former Head of State, Mr Rupiah Bwezani Banda, back to Zimbabwe where he spent most of his childhood. This call comes amid allegations of corruption and severe abuse of authority involving the purchasing of 4 vehicles amounting to 4,5 billion kwacha whilst Banda was in office. Other cases also include the sale of the state owned telecommunication company ZAMTEL to Libyan entity and olso the sale of Finance bank to a South African Bank late 2010. Meanwhile some members of Banda's party, the Movement for Multi-party Democracy MMD have started defecting to the Ruling PF party. Banda who has been quiet all along has been urged to stand up and defend himself. He is currently in his city house awaiting a shift to his farm
